Stockwell Drama Club
Throughout 2019 we developed a close working relationship with the Stockwell Adventure Playground, where we piloted our performance and creative arts programme, in the hope of stimulating children to express themselves creatively. While encouraging a sense of community, we’ve also worked with the ideas of inclusivity and diversity, with a heightened awareness of the environment, alongside a welcoming ethos for all.
No-one could have imagined the challenges that this global pandemic has thrown our way, but it makes us all the more committed to investing in the lives of these young people who we hope will become the examples and leaders of tomorrow.
The safety and well-being of all the young people we work with is paramount, and safeguarding is at all times our top priority. We are dedicated to helping young people change their lives for the better, and to assist and support them in journeys of self-discovery, where they can make productive and lasting choices for a better future. In 2020 we hope to rediscover the joy and to bring this work to fruition.
